Skateboarding Events Scheduled for January 2012
A new year always provokes a host of events in the skating world and 2012 is no different to any other year. The first big event in January 2012 is the Annual Agenda Trade Show. This event takes place on the 5th and 6th of January at the Long Beach Convention Center in California. The event is only for industry professionals.
You need to get yourself down to RitterParkin West Virginiaon the 7th January to be a part of the Wigglin’ and Shiverin’ TS and Cook-out. The 14th of January see’s the Downhill Skate competition kick off. The starting point is the Poway Pump station in San Diego County,California. The first run is free of charge and any subsequent runs will cost between $20 and $30 per run.
The 13th – 15th of January see’s the years instalment of the King of the Groms and Ams Skate Series. The entrance fee is $75 and the event is a street circuit. Registration is achieved by visiting the website. The event this January is held in the Southside Skatepark located at510 Iowa street in Houston, Texas.
Vans Skate Park on City Boulevard in Orange, California plays host to the Amateur Combi Pool Party. This year’s event takes place on 27th and 28th of January 2012.
